Liability cap: The amount paid by you to Steeled Inc. in the preceding 12 months (or zero if no payments have been made).

Human professional review of AI outputs is strongly recommended for all use cases and is mandatory for regulated domains including legal, financial, tax, medical, immigration, construction, and compliance matters.
7. Data Accuracy and Currency
AI models may be trained on significantly outdated data and cannot track real-time changes in laws, regulations, market conditions, or other rapidly evolving information. Always verify currency of information independently.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Steeled Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of or reliance on RealEstateStackHub.
9. Regulatory Status
Steeled Inc. is not licensed to practice law, provide financial advice, tax advice, investment advice, immigration advice, insurance advice, medical advice, or construction advice. No professional relationship of any kind is created by use of the Platform.
10. International Users

This Disclaimer, together with the Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Steeled Inc. regarding AI-generated content.
