1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using RealEstateStackHub (the "Platform"), whether or not you create an account, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
The Platform is provided by Steeled Inc., a Delaware Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Platform is part of the Stack Network portfolio of AI-powered professional services platforms.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
2.1 Platform Overview: RealEstateStackHub is an AI-powered SaaS platform providing AI-powered property analysis, deal comparison, investment calculators, and market intelligence for real estate investors.
2.2 Service Components:
- Free Tier: Access to basic Platform features and limited outputs at no cost.
- Paid Subscriptions: Monthly or annual plans providing enhanced features, priority support, and additional tools. Pricing ranges from $97 to $799/month.
- Per-Output Purchases: Individual reports or analyses on a one-time basis for $29 to $199 per Output.
- Third-Party Integrations: The Platform may incorporate third-party tools and APIs to enhance functionality.
2.3 Platform Availability: The Company aims to maintain continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of your credentials, notify us immediately of unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
3.2 Account Security: You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials.
3.3 Account Termination: You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
4. Subscription Terms and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans: Free Tier may be modified or discontinued at any time. Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
4.2 Billing: You authorize the Company to charge your payment method. Fees are billed at the beginning of each billing period. Price changes require 30 days' notice. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Failed payments may result in suspension.
4.3 Per-Output Purchases: Non-refundable once delivered. $29 to $199 depending on type.
4.4 Subscription Cancellation: Cancel anytime, effective at end of billing cycle. No partial refunds.

5.1 CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: THE OUTPUTS GENERATED BY RealEstateStackHub ARE CREATED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THEY DO NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL, FINANCIAL, MEDICAL, TAX, CONSTRUCTION, IMMIGRATION, OR ANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
5.2 User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy of AI outputs. You must consult licensed professionals before acting on any output.
5.3 Risk Acknowledgment: You assume all risk associated with reliance on AI outputs. The Company disclaims all liability for decisions made based on such outputs.
5.4 AI-Generated Content Accuracy: RealEstateStackHub uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis, assessments, reports, and recommendations. While we implement reasonable measures to promote accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Users are responsible for independently verifying all AI-generated information before relying on it for any decision. Steeled Inc. does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
6. Accuracy Disclaimer
NO WARRANTY of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or validity. All content is PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS CAPPED AT THE GREATER OF FEES PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR $100. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
8. Intellectual Property
The Company retains all Platform intellectual property. You retain ownership of your Input Data. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Outputs.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not engage in: unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, security circumvention, impersonation, spam, fraud, malware distribution, or unlicensed provision of professional services using Platform Outputs.
10. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions: No partial refunds; cancellations effective end of billing cycle. Per-Output: Final once delivered. Exceptions: Billing errors reported within 30 days may be eligible for a credit.
11. Data Privacy and Security
Data practices are governed by our separate Privacy Policy. Data is stored in the United States.
12. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Use of third-party services integrated with the Platform is governed by the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies.
13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Disputes are resolved via binding arbitration through JAMS (or AAA). Individual claims only — class actions are prohibited. Delaware substantive law applies; California procedural law applies. You have a 30-day opt-out right from the date of first acceptance of these Terms.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steeled Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
15. Modification of Terms
We will provide 30 days' notice for material changes to these Terms. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
16–18. Governing Law, Severability & Entire Agreement
Delaware substantive law governs these Terms. California procedural law governs arbitration. Invalid provisions are severed. These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Steeled Inc.
17. Marketplace Terms
17.1 Directory Description: The RealEstateStackHub Vendor Marketplace is a searchable B2B directory of real estate service vendors. Vendor listings are self-reported and not independently verified by Steeled Inc.
17.2 Flat-Fee Model: Vendors pay flat monthly subscription fees to maintain their listings. These fees are fixed and unrelated to referrals, transaction volume, or outcomes. RealEstateStackHub does not receive referral fees, kickbacks, or transaction-based compensation from vendors.
17.3 RESPA Statement: The marketplace's flat-fee model is designed to comply with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). RealEstateStackHub does not serve as a broker, settlement agent, or transaction facilitator between vendors and users. See the full RESPA Compliance Notice.
17.4 Liability Disclaimer: Steeled Inc. does not verify vendor credentials, conduct background checks, or guarantee vendor quality, reliability, or service performance. Users are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting vendors. Steeled Inc. is not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from user-vendor interactions.
17.5 Vendor Conduct: Vendors are bound by the Vendor Agreement. Steeled Inc. may suspend or remove listings that violate the Vendor Agreement at any time.
