Vendor Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering a vendor profile on RealEstateStackHub, you ("Vendor") agree to this Vendor Agreement and the RealEstateStackHub Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Licensing & Compliance

Vendor warrants that: (a) it holds all licenses, registrations, permits, and certifications required by applicable law to provide its listed services; (b) all credentials listed in the vendor profile are accurate and current; (c) Vendor will maintain all required licenses for the duration of its listing and promptly update its profile upon any change.

Vendor is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing its business and services, including but not limited to professional licensing requirements, consumer protection laws, and fair housing laws.

3. Accurate Representations

Vendor agrees not to: (a) make false or misleading statements about its services, credentials, experience, or pricing; (b) claim endorsement, certification, or partnership with RealEstateStackHub; (c) impersonate another company or use another company's branding; (d) post testimonials or reviews that are fabricated or incentivized without disclosure.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Vendor agrees not to: (a) send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to users; (b) harvest, resell, or misuse user contact information obtained through the platform; (c) engage in deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent practices toward users; (d) use the platform to market services that are illegal or violate applicable professional standards.

5. RESPA Flat-Fee Model

Vendor acknowledges that: (a) listing fees are flat monthly subscriptions unrelated to referrals or transactions; (b) RealEstateStackHub does not receive referral fees, kickbacks, or transaction-based compensation; (c) this model is designed to comply with RESPA Section 8 anti-kickback provisions. 6. Billing Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Vendor may cancel at any time with 7 days' written notice to realestatestackhub@polsia.app. Failed payments receive a 3-day grace period before the listing is suspended. No partial refunds for unused billing periods. Price changes require 30 days' advance notice.

7. Suspension & Termination

RealEstateStackHub may suspend or terminate a vendor listing at any time for: (a) violation of this Agreement or the Terms of Service; (b) misrepresentation of credentials or services; (c) complaints from users about deceptive, abusive, or illegal conduct; (d) failure to maintain required licenses. RealEstateStackHub will provide notice where practicable but is not required to do so for violations involving fraud or user harm.

8. Indemnification

Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Steeled Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) Vendor's services or conduct; (b) Vendor's breach of this Agreement; (c) false or misleading information in Vendor's profile; (d) Vendor's violation of applicable law.

9. No Endorsement

A listing on RealEstateStackHub does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or certification of any vendor. RealEstateStackHub does not verify vendor credentials, conduct background checks, or guarantee service quality. Users are solely responsible for their own due diligence when engaging any vendor.
