What Is This Directory?

RealEstateStackHub provides a searchable directory of B2B real estate service vendors — lenders, property managers, appraisers, inspectors, attorneys, title companies, and more — for real estate investors, landlords, and property buyers to discover service providers.

⚠️ What We Do NOT Do

• Verify, credential, endorse, or recommend any vendor
• Conduct background checks on vendors or their staff
• Verify licenses, insurance, bonding, or business legitimacy
• Guarantee vendor quality, reliability, or service performance
• Serve as a broker, agent, or facilitator in any transaction

Self-Reported Listings

All vendor information — including company descriptions, service areas, years in business, license numbers, and credentials — is self-reported by the vendor. RealEstateStackHub does not independently verify any of this information.

Investors, landlords, and property buyers are solely responsible for verifying vendor credentials and making independent hiring decisions before engaging any vendor.

How Listings Are Paid For

Vendors pay a flat monthly subscription fee to maintain their listing. Fees are fixed and completely unrelated to referrals, transaction volume, or outcomes. See our RESPA compliance notice for full details.

Your Due Diligence Checklist

Before hiring any vendor from this directory:

• Verify professional licenses with the relevant state licensing board
• Request and check proof of insurance and bonding
• Check reviews on independent platforms (Google, Yelp, BBB)
• Ask for references from past clients
• Review contracts carefully before signing
• Consult a real estate attorney for transaction-related services
