• Unrelated to transaction volume or value
• Unrelated to deal closure or success
• Unrelated to any commercial transaction outcome

This flat-fee structure complies with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and related anti-kickback regulations. RealEstateStackHub does not serve as a broker, settlement agent, or transaction facilitator between vendors and users.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating, selecting, and contracting directly with any vendor. RealEstateStackHub is not a party to any transaction between a user and a listed vendor.
